Renee Piazza
Welcome! I’m Renee, a facilitator and a trauma-informed, somatics-trained mindfulness coach. I design workshops and transformational experiences – on land and in the water – and I also work 1:1 with individuals who are looking for new ways to work their minds, hearts, and bodies to live a life with more joy and ease.
i believe that
in work, in life,
and in our growth –
there really is no separation.

To facilitate means to make easier – the art of facilitation is about creating and co-creating a process that supports change. A facilitator is not a consultant, but rather a guide, who creates a process enabling groups or individuals to connect to their own inner resources.

Somatics relates to the sum total of our lived experiences, and it includes practices that use the mind-body connection to support change, from the inside out. The body is the central place where we experience our lives unfolding. Somatic practices can help us to become more embodied, that is, attuned with our direct experiences to develop and deepen our intuition, helping us to align with the changes and commitments we are longing for in our lives. When something is embodied, it will come forward even in times of pressure.
Mindfulness is about being in the present moment on purpose, without judgment. It is a foundational skill to personal and professional development because without awareness, we simply cannot change what we do not see.
A coach is someone who can support you in your work, your life and your growth, helping you to uncover and then clarify what is most important. A coach is not a therapist but rather a supportive guide who can stand alongside you as you explore your path, asking questions that inspire you to tap into your greatest potential.
